1. Milestone-Based Financial Offer

Arybit Technologies submits this financial offer as a fixed lump-sum schedule aligned to the six contractual milestones of Tender Reference UNDP-GHA-00537-2. The total contract price is GHS 6,300,000.00.

The commercial response entered in the Oracle Supplier Portal uses the milestone allocation and promised delivery dates shown below.

2. Commercial Assumptions and Clarifications

Included in Contract Price

• Prices are based on the applicable Terms of Reference and milestone schedule for UNDP-GHA-00537-2.
• The contract price includes discovery, requirements analysis, solution architecture, UX/UI design, software engineering, data platform development, testing, UAT support, deployment, training, documentation and final handover.
• Production deployment configuration, application deployment and handover activities are included in the contract price.
• UNDP and designated institutions are expected to facilitate access to required data sources and appropriate focal-point participation in accordance with the implementation plan.
• Scope changes beyond the agreed deliverables shall be managed through formal change-control and applicable contractual variation procedures.

Excluded Unless Specifically Included in Approved Contractual Arrangements

• Recurring third-party cloud infrastructure consumption charges.
• Paid data subscriptions, proprietary datasets and commercial data licensing.
• Other externally metered services that are not expressly included in the approved implementation arrangement.

3. Offer Validity

This financial offer shall remain valid for the period specified in the RFP and applicable procurement documents and shall remain binding on Arybit Technologies during that period, subject to the terms of the solicitation.

4. Tax and Statutory Treatment

Taxes, duties and statutory obligations shall be treated in accordance with applicable Ghanaian law, UNDP rules and the final contractual terms. This offer represents Arybit Technologies' complete commercial offer for the defined services, subject to applicable tax treatment.

6. Warranty and Post-Delivery Support

Arybit Technologies provides a six-month warranty period commencing from final acceptance for defects attributable to the delivered system.
