Arybit Technologies hereby submits this Financial Proposal for the Design, Development and Deployment of a Critical Minerals Market Intelligence System and Dashboard for Ghana in accordance with UNDP-GHA-00537. The prices presented represent fixed lump-sum amounts for each contractual deliverable and include all professional services, software development, quality assurance, deployment, training, documentation, project management, and the warranty period described in this proposal.

3. Payment Schedule

Payments will be made upon the successful completion and acceptance of each deliverable, as outlined in the cost breakdown table. Each payment corresponds to a specific installment as defined in the tender documents.

4. Assumptions

• Prices are based on the Terms of Reference issued under UNDP-GHA-00537.
• Prices are all-inclusive for software development, deployment, training, and a six-month warranty support period.
• UNDP and relevant Ghanaian stakeholders will provide timely access to available datasets required for the system.
• The proposal assumes timely review and approval of project deliverables by UNDP and designated stakeholders.
• Existing geological, mining, and environmental datasets will be integrated where available in standard digital formats.
• The specific cloud hosting provider and ongoing annual hosting costs will be determined and agreed upon during the implementation phase. These are separate from the development cost.
• Changes to project scope requested after contract award may require a mutually agreed contract variation.
• Cloud infrastructure operating costs after the warranty period are excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Any additional costs for licensing third-party proprietary data, if required, will be handled separately.

5. Financial Validity

This financial proposal remains valid for a period of 90 days from the submission deadline. All prices are quoted in Ghana Cedi (GHS) as required by the tender documents.

6. Tax Statement

All applicable taxes, duties, and statutory obligations shall be handled in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in Ghana and the requirements of the UNDP procurement process. The prices quoted are inclusive of all such applicable taxes where relevant.

7. Commercial Terms

• Currency: Ghana Cedi (GHS)
• Proposal Validity: 90 days from submission deadline.
• Prices: Prices are fixed for the duration of the implementation period.
• Payment: Payments shall be made upon acceptance of each contractual milestone.
• Intellectual Property: All intellectual property developed specifically under the contract shall be handled in accordance with the contractual terms agreed with UNDP.
