POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that Arybit Technologies, a company duly incorporated and registered under the laws of the Republic of Kenya, with its principal place of business in Nairobi, Kenya (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), hereby appoints and constitutes:

as the Company's true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact ("the Attorney"), with full authority to act for and on behalf of the Company in all matters relating to:

Project Title: Design, Develop, and Deploy a Critical Minerals Market Intelligence System and Dashboard for Ghana
The Attorney is specifically authorized to:
- Prepare, sign, and submit bids, tenders, proposals, clarifications, declarations, and all supporting documentation required for the above-mentioned procurement.
- Represent Arybit Technologies during pre-bid meetings, clarification meetings, negotiations, presentations, and any other procurement-related engagements.
- Receive, acknowledge, and respond to all communications, notices, requests for clarification, and correspondence issued by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) or its authorized representatives.
- Negotiate, sign, execute, and deliver contracts, amendments, agreements, statements of work, and any other legal or commercial documents relating to the procurement, subject to the Company's internal approval requirements where applicable.
- Perform all lawful acts necessary or incidental to the successful participation of the Company in the procurement process and, if awarded, the implementation of the contract.
The Company hereby ratifies and confirms all lawful acts performed by the Attorney pursuant to this Power of Attorney.
This Power of Attorney shall become effective on the date of execution and shall remain valid until the completion of the procurement process and, where applicable, the execution of the resulting contract, unless revoked earlier by written notice issued by Arybit Technologies.
