This Code of Business Ethics & Conduct establishes the principles that guide how we operate, make decisions, and represent Arybit Technologies. Every person associated with Arybit has a responsibility to uphold these values.

This Code establishes ethical standards for all individuals representing Arybit Technologies, including employees, contractors, and partners. It provides guidance on professional conduct, integrity, responsible technology development, and compliance with applicable laws.

Arybit maintains zero tolerance for bribery, corruption, fraud, kickbacks, or any form of improper payment or unethical influence. All business decisions must be based on legitimate professional considerations.

Personnel must avoid situations where personal interests interfere with professional responsibilities. Examples include personal relationships or financial interests influencing business decisions. All potential conflicts must be disclosed and managed.

Arybit supports fair and open competition. We commit to competing honestly, respecting competitors, and protecting confidential information. We do not seek competitive advantage through unethical means.

Arybit maintains accurate and complete records. Personnel must ensure financial records, project information, and reports are truthful and maintained appropriately.
