BUSINESS CONTINUITY & DISASTER RECOVERY PLAN

Document Number: BCP-DRP-001 | Version: 1.0 | Effective Date: July 2026

Classification: Internal / Procurement Support

1. Executive Statement

Arybit Technologies recognizes that reliable technology services require strong operational resilience and preparedness. We are committed to maintaining continuity of critical operations and minimizing disruption to clients, partners, and stakeholders. This Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Plan (BCP/DRP) establishes the framework for preparing for, responding to, and recovering from disruptive events.

2. Purpose & 3. Scope

This plan aims to protect critical business and technology operations, minimize service disruption, and protect client information. It covers all business operations, technology platforms (including AI and GIS systems), and information assets managed by Arybit.

Objectives, Functions & Risks

4. Business Continuity Objectives

Arybit's key continuity objectives are to protect people and critical assets, restore priority services quickly, maintain communication with stakeholders, prevent data loss, and improve resilience after incidents.

5. Critical Business Functions

The following functions are considered critical for operational continuity:

Function Importance
AI Platform OperationsCritical
Client Project DeliveryCritical
Cloud Infrastructure ManagementCritical
Data Storage and BackupCritical
Software DevelopmentHigh
Business AdministrationMedium

6. Risk Assessment

Arybit considers the following potential disruptions to its operations:

Technology Risks

Cloud service outages, hardware failures, software defects, cybersecurity incidents, data corruption, and network interruptions.

Operational Risks

Loss of key personnel, supplier disruptions, communication failures, and significant project delays.

Environmental Risks

Natural disasters, power interruptions, and physical office disruption.

Security Risks

Unauthorized access, malware incidents, data breaches, and credential compromise.

Strategy, Recovery & Data

7. Business Continuity Strategy

Arybit maintains resilience through distributed infrastructure (public, private, hybrid cloud), robust data protection (backups, secure storage), and flexible operations (remote work, cloud collaboration).

8. Disaster Recovery Strategy

Disaster recovery focuses on restoring technology services after major incidents. Recovery is prioritized as follows: 1. Security & Access Control, 2. Core Infrastructure, 3. Databases, 4. AI & Application Services, 5. User Platforms.

9. Recovery Objectives

Recovery targets are determined based on system importance. The Recovery Time Objective (RTO) for critical systems is defined per client service agreements. The Recovery Point Objective (RPO) for critical data is minimized through robust backup and replication strategies.

10. Data Backup Management

Arybit applies backup practices including regular database backups, source code version control (Git), configuration backups, and secure storage of critical files, considering frequency, sensitivity, and retention requirements.

11. Cloud Infrastructure Resilience

Our solutions are designed for resilient deployment models, including scalable public cloud, hybrid cloud, client-controlled on-premise infrastructure, and high-security air-gapped environments.

Incident Management

12. Cybersecurity Incident Response

Cybersecurity incidents are managed through a structured process of detection, containment, investigation, recovery, communication, and review. Potential incidents include unauthorized access, malware, data exposure, and service disruption.

13. Incident Management Process

During a major disruption, our process follows four phases:

  1. Identification: Detect, confirm, and classify the incident's severity.
  2. Response: Activate the response team, protect critical assets, and communicate internally.
  3. Recovery: Restore systems, validate functionality, and resume operations.
  4. Review: Document lessons learned, improve controls, and update procedures.
Roles, Communication & Specific Plans

17. Software Development Continuity

We maintain development resilience through source code version control, documented deployment procedures, and automated processes where applicable.

18. AI Platform Continuity

For AI systems, we consider model availability, data integrity, configuration backups, secure access management, and service monitoring.

Governance & Approval

19. Testing and Maintenance

This plan is reviewed and improved through periodic reviews, recovery exercises, incident simulations, and technology change assessments.

20. Compliance Alignment & 21. Continuous Improvement

Arybit aligns its continuity practices with principles from ISO 22301 (Business Continuity) and ISO 27001 (Information Security). Following any significant incident, we evaluate lessons learned to continuously improve organizational resilience.
